A graduate of Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts, Dilsharn launched his career in financial services in 2018 with Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network. Since then, his mission has remained clear: to help individuals and families build a secure financial future.
With a client-first approach, Dilsharn is passionate about guiding people through every stage of their financial journey. Whether it’s planning for retirement, protecting loved ones, or growing wealth, he is committed to providing thoughtful, personalized advice.
When he's not working with clients, Dilsharn enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and staying active through golf and basketball. During the fall, you’ll often find Dilsharn cheering on the San Francisco 49ers, bringing the same passion, focus, and energy to his work as he does to supporting his favorite team.

Jameer is a motivated and detail oriented administrative professional with a strong foundation in accounting and office operations. A graduate of BCIT with a Diploma in Accounting and currently pursuing a Bachelor of Accounting, Jameer brings both practical knowledge and a commitment to continuous learning to every role.

With a background in high-level hockey and lacrosse, Jameer developed the discipline, communication, and teamwork skills that now support his success in fast-paced office environments. Whether managing schedules, organizing documents, or assisting with financial processes, he takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.

Known for his positive attitude and strong organizational skills, Jameer is always ready to support colleagues and clients alike. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family, and keeping up with sports.
